What is concierge nephrology?
Concierge nephrology is a model of care where the physician limits the number of patients they see so that each patient gets more time, more attention, and more access. You get direct access to your doctor, same or next day appointments, extended visits, and a truly personalized care experience. It is very different from the standard clinic model where appointments are rushed and access to your doctor is limited.
How is NephronLife different from a regular kidney specialist?
At a regular nephrology clinic, you may wait weeks for an appointment, spend only a few minutes with your doctor, and struggle to reach anyone when you have a question between visits. At NephronLife, you have your physician’s direct contact, you are seen quickly, your visits are not rushed, and your doctor is genuinely involved in your ongoing health, not just at each scheduled appointment.
Do you accept insurance?

How do I join?
Getting started is easy. Contact us to schedule a free consultation. We will review your health history and goals, answer all your questions, and if we are a good fit, walk you through the membership options. Spots are very limited so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of kidney and related conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease, Hypertension, Diabetic Kidney Disease, Kidney Stones, ADPKD, Post-Transplant care, Dialysis and End-Stage Kidney Disease, Anemia, Bone Disease, Acute Kidney Injury, and much more. We also manage Cardiovascular-Renal-Hepatic-Metabolic Syndrome with a holistic approach.
Can I reach my doctor outside of office hours?
Yes. As a member, you have direct access to your physician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, text, or secure video. This is one of the core benefits of concierge care.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes. We offer both in-office and telehealth visits. For Premier members, we also offer home visits and house calls within 24 hours.
Are there any long-term contracts?
