Dr. Anand Prakash, MD, MS Dr. Prakash is a board-certified nephrologist with certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology, as well as the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. He is a member of the International Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Nephrology. He brings deep expertise in managing chronic kidney disease, metabolic disorders, and cardiovascular-renal health.
Dr. Deepak Chandramohan, MD, FASN Dr. Chandramohan is a board-certified nephrologist and a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology. He holds certifications from the American Board of Nephrology and the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is also a Fellow of Hospitalist Medicine. He is known for his thorough, compassionate approach to complex kidney and metabolic conditions.
